Robert is one of the most influential, if contrarian, people in the residential real estate industry.
As the Founder & Managing Partner of 7DS Associates, his strategy work has spanned the entire industry from individual agents all the way up to major tech companies, MLSs, brokerages, and franchises as well as major investment firms interested in the space. His clients include some of the largest organizations in real estate. He has advised tech firms such as Zillow and Trulia, real estate companies like HomeServices of America, Benchmark Realty and NextHome, and major MLSs and REALTOR organizations like Bright MLS, Stellar MLS, NTREIS, RealComp, Austin Board of REALTORS, Texas Association of REALTORS and others.
Prior to 7DS Associates, Robert headed up technology and interactive marketing for Coldwell Banker Commercial at Realogy. Before real estate, he founded a media company acquired by USA Networks, where he headed up SciFi.com.
He has a BA from Yale University and a JD from NYU Law. He lives in Las Vegas with his wonderful wife and two very lazy dogs.
Robert Hahn
Yoohwan is a professor of Computer Science at University of Nevada, Las Vegas specializing in blockchain, computer security, cryptography, communication networks, and software design. A prolific researcher with over 150 publications and 4 patents, Yoohwan combines academic discipline with practical software engineering.
Working as a software engineer and as a founder of multiple technology start-up companies, he is very familiar with large industrial software and knows how to lead development teams. He is the inventor of Binary Blockchain that solves a scalability problem and his blockchain R&D portfolio includes customer management for hospitality, cryptographic key management, private communication on blockchain, e-commerce systems, online gaming, secure IoT data management, energy transactions, COVID-19 tracing system, automated staking platform, and many more.
He has received a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Case Western Reserve University and a BA in Economics from Seoul National University, Korea.

Andrew Woodruff, CFA
Andrew is the Chief Investment Officer of Black Lotus Capital, an institutional grade long / short fundamental-oriented hedge fund investing exclusively in digital assets. His knowledge of blockchain technology, crypto assets, and decentralized finance is both deep and wide.
Prior to founding Black Lotus Capital, Andrew was a founding member of the specialized research team at Slate Path Capital, a multi-billion dollar long / short hedge fund. His investment research experience ranges across both crypto and residential real estate fintech. Andrew also worked in investment research at Fielder Capital, Arch Capital, and Hawkshaw Capital, and spent 3+ years working at J.P. Morgan Chase in their Global Emerging Markets trading division.
Andrew is also an active angel investor and advisor to many startups, both in and outside of crypto, and holds a BS from Syracuse and an MBA from Columbia Business School, including achieving the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst.
